Are You a Procrastinator?

* Do you put things off intending to do them tomorrow (but don't)?

* Do you avoid making a job change for fear of no response to your applications?

* Do you think of excuses for not starting a project?

* Do you owe letters or phone calls to friends and relatives?

* Are your teeth deteriorating because you can't be bothered to make a dental appointment?

* Do you avoid nasty jobs around the house?

* Have you ever regretted not saying that "special something" to a loved one?

None of us are perfect but, for our mental well being, most people feel satisfied from a job well done. That won't happen if all we do is think about it. Yes, we need more time in our busy lives, but don't wait to feel inspired. Do it now.

* Make a list at the start of each day or week. You may not achieve everything on your list, but the important things will get done.

* Do unpleasant things early in the day.

* Try to go to bed and get up at regular times - that way you can plan your day more profitably.

* If you can afford it, pay someone else to do the jobs around the house that you dislike or divide the tedious jobs up into smaller chunks.

Try to think positively - you will feel so much better about yourself.
