Karen's role of leading the staff team includes overseeing the design and management of the websites, building and maintaining the volunteer base and the development of funds for the ministry.

Interactive Director
Doris serves as the Director for the Interactive arm of Women Today Online. She co-ordinates and trains all those involved in our online small group ministry.
Bernice V.
Interactive & Special Projects Coordinator
Bernice serves as the co-ordinator for our online small groups. She is responsible for managing our volunteer systems and assists with finding recommended resources for the sites.
Barb K.
Interactive Resource Co-ordinator & Advisor
Barb develops the schedule and curriculum for the chat rooms, and researches books and articles to use as resources across the sites. She also serves as an advisor, lending a wise eye and a fresh perspective to the content and layout of each site.
Online Small Group Leaders
Our group of 20 small group leaders moderate discussion groups online, sharing the gospel with people and encouraging them.

Women Today Magazine
Claire is responsible for all of the content on the Women Today site. Her duties include finding, editing and sometimes writing articles, co-ordinating a theme for each issue and building webpages.

Director, China Ministry
Serena serves as the director of the China ministry for the Chinese Women Today website. She oversees the editorial content and translation of this bi-lingual site while managing a diverse team of 40 committed volunteers.

Our longest standing staff member, Stacy has written for Women Today since the ministry's inception in 1995. She is responsible for all of the content on the Christian Women Today site -- writing, editing and co-ordinating the articles for each issue.

Stefanie began working with us as an editorial intern. She now assists with all aspects of the website from helping to produce new issues, articles and newsletters, to building and maintaining webpages.

Evelyne works as the Editorial Translator for our two French language websites. She translates articles each month and handles any French correspondence.

Leah is responsible for all of the correspondence and feedback that is generated by the site. She handles requests, comments and suggestions from readers, helps the editors with their daily tasks and is responsible for tracking statistics.

Executive Assistant
As the Executive Assistant for WTO, Mandy is Karen's right hand. She assists Karen in all matters concerning the site and assisting in project management of the Chinese Women Today website.

Chat Newsletter Coordinator
Shelya compiles the chat newsletters which serve to notify our chat audience of upcoming chat and prayer sessions. There are currently 60 sessions that take place each month in WTO chat rooms.

Gail serves as a "pastor" to our volunteers and staff -- ministering to them and encouraging them as well. She is also a devotional and article writer.

Our online counselors answer many of the advice and faith questions that are sent to the site, as well as write some articles.

Online Mentor and Prayer Team
Across the world, a growing team of volunteers serve as mentors and as prayer partners for Women Today Online. The mentors e-mail one-on-one with women who have questions about their lives and their faith. Our prayer team is an incredible resource without whom there would be no ministry.
