Red Cabbage
by Deanna Diggens1 large red cabbage, shredded
1 tin cranberry jelly
1 diced apple
2 tbsp vinegar
½ tin water
*bacon bits are optional
Simmer all ingredients in a large skillet on top of the stove for 1 hour or until cabbage is tender.
