Fresh large white mushrooms

Hard margarine (or butter)

Lean ground beef

Fine dry bread crumbs

Grated Parmesan cheese

Grated part-skim mozzarella cheese

Remove stems from mushrooms. Chop stems finely. Set aside.
|
Melt margarine in medium frying pan on medium-high. Add onion, ground beef and celery. Scramble-fry until onion is softened and beef is no longer pink.

Add reserved mushroom stems and next 5 ingredients. Stir well. Remove from heat. Divide and stuff filling into mushroom caps. Arrange in single layer on ungreased baking sheet.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese. Broil on second rack
from top for about 5 minutes until heated through. Serve immediately. Makes 24 stuffed mushrooms.
