Print Christian Women Today Launches French Site

Since Women Today Magazine launched its evangelistic french site Femmes Aujourd'hui women from around the world have logged on to read articles, life stories, and advice. Though the site is still young, we have heard from women in several countries who have made first time decisions for Christ.
Now Women Today has developed a French language site specifically for Christian women. Modelled after Christian Women Today, the new site Chretiennes, seeks to encourage and teach french-speaking women around the world and train in evangelism and discipleship.
This site will help inspire and equip Christians who live in areas of the world that need to be reached for Christ. In Québec, for instance, among francophones the Protestant and evangelical population accounts for less than 1 % of the whole province. Francophone Christians in Europe and Africa are also part of a small minority with few resources. Now we can help. The Internet allows easy access to these difficult-to-reach areas.
As the sites grow, so does our need for qualified volunteers who are seeking to use their skills in French to minister to others. We need writers who will offer insights they have gleaned over their years of walking with the Lord. We need resource people who will respond to the various queries and requests for fellowship that we receive. And, as always, we need a faithful team of partners who will pray for this ministry and invest financially in it.
