A survey by ACCOUNTEMPS found that executives waste the equivalent of approximately six weeks a year trying to find things.

One U.S. consultant estimates that business people have up to 170 interactions each day, through phone, calls, e-mail or hallway conversations.

This decade was to mark the arrival of the paper-less workplace, yet office paper use has risen by 66 per cent.
